How do I receive my digital software after purchase?

Upon completing your order, you will receive an automated email containing your unique license key and a download link for the installer. Please ensure you check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 10 minutes.

What is your return policy on digital products?

Since our products are digital software downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated. However, we provide free trial versions for all our plugins so you can test compatibility before purchasing.

Are your plugins compatible with my DAW?

Our software is compatible with all major Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) including Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, and Studio One. We support VST3, AU, and AAX formats on both Windows and macOS.

Can I use my license on more than one computer?

Yes, a standard license allows for up to three simultaneous activations on different machines, provided they are owned and operated by the same user.

Do I need an iLok dongle to use Bogren Digital products?

No physical iLok dongle is required. Our activation system allows for machine-based authorization, though you may choose to use an iLok USB if you prefer to manage your licenses that way.
