  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and deactivate any associated software licenses, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
